This totally secure data system enables prompt and accurate updating of client and inventory information (including technical product updates) and repair data by our technical staff from locations around the country.
CTSM has been developed to cater for life cycle asset management for all plant, equipment, buildings and assets that are used in the health and aged care sectors.
Clients using the appropriate security access are also able to view their own biomedical inventory data, technical data and biomedical equipment repairs data.
Clients are also able to send service requests directly via their log-in.
